Where we ship
We currently ship across Malaysia — both West and East Malaysia. We don’t offer international shipping yet, but it’s on our wishlist.
Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You’ll get a confirmation email once your paddle is on its way.
Delivery time & cost
- West Malaysia: 2–4 working days — flat RM10
- East Malaysia: 3–6 working days — flat RM15
- Free shipping on all orders over RM300
Tracking your order
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. If it hasn’t arrived within the estimated window, reach out and we’ll chase it up.
